ORDERING
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch an item within 1-2 working days*
*Please Note that a 'Working day' means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (not bank holidays).

We go through busy periods like at Christmas, which means it could take longer for items to be dispatched. We apologise in advance. (For last delivery dates for Christmas, please see our Facebook page for more info)


Do you offer a next day delivery service?
Unfortunately, we don't at the moment.


What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypal to process payments. They accept most major debit and credit cards, including American express.
We also accept Google Pay and Apple pay


An item is 'out of stock' will you get this item again?

We do try our best to get our products back in stock, however sometimes due to high demand or supplier issues this isn't always possible. Usually we will remove the item off our site if it has been 'out of stock' a while. Occassionally our supplier may have discontinued a product.



Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled before the item has been dispatched. Please email us straight away if you wish to cancel an order.

Please note that if you cancel an order with us more than 4 times consecutively, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee on further cancelled orders.



DELIVERY

How much is the postage cost?
Standard delivery is charged at £3.45 for UK orders. Free UK Delivery over £60

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, no we don't


How long will my item take to arrive?
Standard delivery in the UK usually takes up to 3-4 working days to arrive. If your item still hasn't arrived after 5 days, please contact us.



RETURNS

Can I return my order?
If the item is unused and unopened, it can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Buyer pays return postage. If your item has been damaged in the post, please contact us straight away.

I have received the wrong order. What do I do?
It is very rare that we will send out the wrong order but on the off chance that we do, it can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. As this is our mistake, we will pay the return postage.

PRODUCTS

 Can I pre-order a product?

Yes, we offer the option to pre-order and pay a small amount of 0.10p at checkout. We will send an invoice for the remaining balance once the item/s are in stock. The 10p will be deducted from the invoice. 

Are all your products brand new?

Yes, all out products are brand new and sealed. We do not sell second hand items or traded items. All our products are official and bought from reputable UK suppliers.

Do you use environmentally friendly packaging?

All our products are packaged in recyclable cardboard box to protect them. We send our products out padded with brown paper or bubble wrap.
